It's 10:15pm, October 21, 2011 in Rome....and fireworks explode over the city.....car horns begin honking....it's the Eve of the first Feast Day for Blessed John Paul II....

and the city is filled with excitement.   The anticipation is mounting as the reality comes through, that being that Blessed John Paul II is on his way to sainthood, something that many Italians and Catholics throughout the world wanted since his funeral in April 2005.   What's more exciting than this celebration?  Why it's the fireworks exploding, horns honking and church bells tolling throughout Rome on the actual Evening of the Feast Day of Blessed John Paul II - October 22, 2011!
